Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate your team to consistently provide top-tier customer experiences.

• Manage scheduling, performance, and daily operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.

• Address and resolve escalated customer issues with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional departments to improve processes and achieve goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Management or supervisory experience with a team that directly reported to you — ideally one or more years with the same organization.

• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

• Proven ability to balance operational needs with team development and morale.

• A focus on customer service and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

• Full availability to meet the needs of our Missoula branch.
