Description
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to provide oversight for all operations of our high-traffic motor vehicle office. The Retail Manager leads all operations at the location and is responsible for making sure the store functions smoothly while optimizing profits. The Retail Manager will ensure that all policies and regulations are being followed, as well as conduct hiring, scheduling and training and driving road tests. In this position, the Retail Manager must be able to garner respect and motivate personnel to perform at their maximum capacity, keeping the office in good working order. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of sales, staff training, reporting, inventory, quality control, staff morale, as well as strong people-skills.

WHAT DO WE DO?

  • Retail Department- We provide License, Real ID, Title and Registration services via a network of specialty retail locations throughout Montana and New Mexico.
  • Commercial Division- With multiple processing centers across Montana & New Mexico, the Commercial Division serves over 200 clients that include auto dealers, financial institutions, and rental car agencies. Our dedicated Commercial Team has the expertise to process Titles, Registrations, and Motor Vehicle Record Checks accurately and efficiently.
  • Call Center & Help Desk Support- Our Call Center & Support team handles approximately 30,000 calls each month, Call Center agents can assist customers with minor services such as registration renewal or reinstatement and appointment scheduling.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have 1-3 years of proven, management experience.
You're a friendly, customer service-obsessed individual with a proven track record in fast, friendly, accurate work.
Available to work between the hours of 7:45 am - 6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
